I had such a lovely experience when I stopped by The Row last week. The store was about to shut for the day, so I didn't think they'd let me in, but they let me have a quick squiz and even took the time to chat with me and compliment my shirt. I look forward to coming back when I have more time to browse.

Love The Row. Lovely boutique, unwelcoming, unengaging, dismissive staff will hurt your sales and client loyalty in the long run. I went in to buy a bag and was so put off I ended up buying it online elsewhere.
