After I got scammed by another shop, I went to Eurospec and Cyrus and the team fixed everything, gave me a lower quote, faster service WITH INTEGRITY and a better warranty. The other shop said I needed a $5000 replacement part and Euro took a better look and fixed the actual problem instead of looking to make a quick buck like so many other shops. “I have two separate experiences with Young’s Auto Repair that were very positive and for so long I drive in Los Angeles I will go to him and recommend Young’s Auto Repair for fixing and what not.
Experience one: my car had a service error that said that gas fumes were leaking from my gas tank. A smog issue. I had initially went to a different auto repair that with their smog diagnostic tool said they’d need my car for over night and it would cost 200+ but they didn’t have space and to come back.
I went to Young’s Auto Repair where John assessed the situation and said I need not any sort of fixing and that the smog issue was most likely from not screwing on my gas cap on tight enough. This was all within five minutes. Although the other mechanic may have come to this conclusion upon further examination, his failure to do so initially makes him inferior to Young’s Auto Repair.
The second is more recent. My splash guard was bent and scratching the floor when I was braking. I initially just wanted to get that clipped back onto my car but John said I needed to also replace my brakes and rotors (I haven’t touched my brakes in 100k miles ?) so I knew there was no upselling involved. He did all three services in a professional and timely manner and I was able to go to work after. He also recommended I order my own parts for some other issues I had and to come back in to get them fixed.
Overall each experience I have had has been very positive and has someone who is not car experienced it’s a relief to go somewhere where I am not getting scammed. There is integrity I can sense in John.”

After an accident, the insurance company and the repair shop was freaking out about the car with extremely insanely high prices to repair and long delays. Nothing was happening. I then got my car out of there and brought it over to this shop. They gave me a great price and it never went up. The car looks brand new when I picked it up and they did it quickly, efficiently and did a good job. I would definitely use this shop again. They even ended up repairing some small things for me here and there that wasn’t connected to the original damage. It was extra. Great service!”
“Highly recommend. I took my newly bought 2008 Volvo here before I bought it to check it out. They were great and told me the good and the bad. I then used them afterwards to fix up the car. I've been three or four times. Mostly helped by Everth, he's been amazing but everyone has been knowledgeable and honest. More than that they always tried to do their best and offer good solutions. My father was in the car trade so I grew up around cars and mechanics, so I know a lot. They didn't know that but treated me more than fair Everytime. All the work they did looks to be a high standard. So I really would recommend this place and it's staff. It's small but it's somewhere I trust and for me that is so important. “John is a real stand-up guy. I needed to take my car across country, and he refused work that would have been expensive (aka more money for him) because he insisted the fix still wouldn't have given me a safe drive. Several other mechanics I spoke to were more than willing to do the job...
Instead I sold that car and John helped me research a used truck. After I bought it they did all the adjustments and replaced hoses etc. for a great price.
If I were staying in LA, Choi's would be my mechanic for life... great prices, super friendly, very honest. Thanks again!”
