I've had two drivers and both went above and beyond to help during my delivery. Friendly, thoughtful and helpful. These drivers seem to really love their job and it shows in the commitment to getting the job done and done well! I've also had to speak to the office a few times because the company I made a purchase through was being a bit evasion. “Whenever I've gone to pick up a parking permit they've been fast and had it ready to go. They're also really helpful with answering any parking related questions you might have. On the second floor is the citation review office where you can go to contest any parking tickets you receive. However the hours of operation are limited and it's much easier to contest it on line.”
