People just mad cause they didn’t follow the rules and got fined. Parking enforcement are very nice i got 2 warnings, both times they could easily have cited me. Thank you for that.

I was double charged when I exited the parking structure. I showed proof of the double charge on my bank statements and parking ticket with all the information they asked. They still denied a refund of the fraudulent second charge. This department is poorly run and Luis Martinez is unethical

Can't believe an institution like UCLA makes their employees do 25 klicks every day to pay for parking! Worst IT ever!!
