Just left the store with an excellent experience. All the staff were very welcoming and had great service from Franky. I needed my roller board to get wheels replaced and she was very attentive and was able to repair my bag in the store. Would definitely recommend her in the future!

I was desperate to solve a issue I had with my Tumi bag. Sandy was fantastic and probably the sweetest person I have ever delt with in any Tumi store anywhere. I have been a Tumi fan for 16 years and service from Sandy tells me why I love them so much.
