I had an amazing experience with U-Haul at this location. Retrieving the U-Haul after hours for a reservation of 9:00PM was fast and easy. Equipment was clean and instructions were clear; I even had to extend my rental and that was fast and easy through the app. I have a great expectation of every service now because of the quick and easy experience I had at this location. The cost was also very at par with every other factor, the price was $123 for almost the 48hrs I had it in use! Great value and friendly service when I went back to drop it off! Thank you to the young gentleman that came out to retrieve the truck although I got there a few minutes before office closing time. Thank you so much Koreatown U-Haul & Employees!

The manager at this location, Juan H. is super nice. Clean truck, only 3k miles on it, and my husband said it drove great. The employee who helped us when we returned the truck, I think his name was Jose, also excellent. Quick pick up and return, no surprises. Yes, this location is a bit frenetic, but hey, that's Ktown. A+

BEWARE HE WILL TAKE YOUR CARD INFORMATION!& he's RACISTS At it's finest ! JUAN IS HORRIBLE he assisted us we left to put the money on card and come back to him saying he can't rent to us because it's a risk of fleeing I asked him fleeing where ? It's because we were BLACK he couldn't give us no explanation of why his mind changed it was very inconveniencing he snuck pictures of my card and tried charging it anyway ! For $600

Marisol and Chanel are useless and mislead us. Ended being charged $200 extra than initially told despite following the contract. Had to report them to U-Haul. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I reserved a van today at U-Haul Crenshaw through the app, I chose a one-way option. Then, when I got to the pick up location and confirmed amount of mileages and duration of renting, the staff guy said it’s impossible for this van to make a one-way and I must return the van to the same location. I was confused about it and was thinking about how it could be as I chose this option on the app. The staff guy convinced me it will be cheaper to return this van to the same location instead taking another one with one-way option and he said it’ll be around $100 instead approximately $50 for in-town, so I agreed with him. After that, when I returned the van, I saw that I’m charged much more than was expected and that guy and the app showed me, and I realised that it’s because that guy named a price with amount of mileages in my one-way direction. So that guy just mixed up everything and told me incorrect information. I really disappointed this first experience with U-Haul. In addition, I added 2 medium sized boxes to my order in the app and of course I was charged for it but this guy let me without these boxes, I realised it only when I was far away from that place. So I’d like to get a refund for these boxes weren’t given to me. And I’d like to know what we can do in this situation when the stuff member just confused me and I had to pay much more in the end.

You can first have the staff not block the entrances to the location over night!! Especially if you promote 24/7 share, plus it's a fire hazard which they should know. Secondly don't try to lie about damages when there are none. Will never be coming back to this location and I will make sure those who ask me know how bad it is.

Store employees rushed me out, did not provide ample time for inspection. Upon return, wouldn't you know it, there is alleged roof damage and a big charge on my card. Now I have to dispute and take to arbitration or court. Not to mention, they told me my car was ok in their lot but I got boxed in, had to take an uber home/back just to get my car, or spend $20 in miles on the truck.

This place has bad customer service. When the manager asked one of the employees to dispatch the car she stated "I rather not" in front of me . I parked my car and came back to grab the rental.

The facility is very clean and organized. It is one of the best locations I have ever used. I personally met the Manager and he gave us excellent customer service. Thanks, I will patronize this location again.

Great location! Juan is amazing!!! He was so nice, quick, and efficient when we visited. He went out of his way to help us when there was a computer glitch with our rental order. A gazillion stars for his customer service!!!
