Worst third party transportation company!! Giving out tickets to people who paid for parking! Deleting citation appeal without any notice! Not letting people pay online, saying sold out, even though there's plenty of empty parking spots!!! If the structure is full (as stated online) that it should say so before driving in and there should not be so many empty spot available!Very frustrating and extremely bad customer service!!! It's all about the money making!Everybody just goes to work and would like to pay for parking.

UCLA transportation is a price gouging, predatory for-profit office who intentionally profits off of poor, low income and desperate students and medically impaired visitors to capitalize on something most universities don’t do, which charge even employees and professors parking fees. They are a forceful and unforgiving office when you get a citation. Look up all their citation fees online. Terrible !! Who does that? They use the revenue to increase their salaries as well.

It would be nice if they told you that your Grad Bus Pass is canceled if you don't use it in a month rather than finding out the hard way when you need to go somewhere or when you may be stuck somewhere! What are they thinking when they do this?? Do they not understand how dangerous, expensive, or frustrating it could be to only find that out after the fact?!

Bad customer service since the pandemic started and they cancelled all Vanpools, having employees to fend for themselves. The vanpool companies they refer you to are terrible and more expensive. The worse part is that employees have to pay for parking to come to work, that's just wrong. Then you have to walk blocks to get to work from the parking structures because they don't have enough parking spaces available.

They never pick up the phone. Like I let it rang for an hour and they just didn't pick up.

Terrible, no one ever answers the phone, or returns calls! And the whole permit process is ridiculous. You apply for a permit months in advance and then receive no information about when you will know if you get approved, if you are actually able to reach someone they won’t know when to expect this email either, but if you are lucky enough to receive an email months after applying you will have between 24-48hrs to respond with payment, or else your out of luck.

Whenever I've gone to pick up a parking permit they've been fast and had it ready to go. They're also really helpful with answering any parking related questions you might have. On the second floor is the citation review office where you can go to contest any parking tickets you receive. However the hours of operation are limited and it's much easier to contest it on line.
