It is indeed open for drop offs, even if the door is locked for their safety! I always assumed this place was closed but turns out I was wrong, I told them to get a light up open sign :) very nice small family business too.

Small bodega on Glendale (nearly under the bridge) that's the closest place to drop off UPS packages in Echo Park. Nice people work there, though they sometimes have the door locked during the Pandemic. Fast and easy every time.
