If could give this location and UPS overall ZERO stars I would. Poor customer service and communication. This location was available as an access point on UPS for deliveries. I then got a notice that the package couldn't be delivered. When I arrived they said they weren't accepting packages. Why on earth would you allow customers to choose an access point that refuses packages??? I then spoke with an actual UPS store and the agent expressed customers having this ongoing issue with this location. Save yourself the frustration and pretend this location doesn't exist.

Worst UPS store I’ve been to. Bad customer service. Had a QR code but wouldn’t put a piece of tape on the box. I’d rather drive to another location.

I needed a notarized copy of my driver's license. The woman at the counter told me in a condescending way that I need some sort of a statement which they could notarize, and I'm supposed to research it, prepare it and bring it. Zero willingness to help. I will have someone on my team prepare that statement, but I sure as hell am not going to UPS to notarize it.

Joseline is a worker here that helps me a lot. She sets a nice calm tone which helps a lot as I am in here monthly for business needs. I’m honestly always walking out of here feeling better than when I came in. Pretty great team!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store because of a staff member named Violet. When I asked her a simple question, she told me, “Whatever you’re saying is going in one ear and out the other.” She also said she had no obligation to help me with anything.
I was shocked by the unprofessional and condescending attitude. As a paying customer simply seeking assistance, I never expected to be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on both the individual and the store. I strongly urge UPS to review the conduct of their staff at this location. I will not be returning and hope others are treated with more basic respect.

Amazing service from Joshua at the UPS Store. Super helpful, kind, friendly, and professional—he took the time to address the issue and repackaged my item with care, making the whole visit pleasant and stress-free. Great service like this deserves to be recognized!

If I could give less Zero stars ! would. I dropped off a package and they lost it! I came in with a bag (Loungefly) I sold online and had them place it in the box (a box I bought from them) watched them package the item and seal it and watched them place the address label on the box. They scanned it and then gave me a receipt. Well the package never left the store and was never shipped! UPS did an investigation and it shows that it was only scanned but never left the location to be shipped. They LOST my package or the employee stole it since it never left the building - per UPS's tracking system! I will NEVER drop off my packages there. AWFUL!

I want to start by saying that the staff at this store have always treated me wonderfully. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and even when they don’t have an immediate answer, they’re patient and allow me the time to figure things out. I really appreciate that.
My only issue is with the store hours listed online. I saw that the store closes at 7:00 PM, so I made sure to arrive around 6:30 PM, thinking I had enough time. I did run into some technical issues — which were on my end — but around 6:40 PM, I was told the registers were closing early. This added to my stress and made me feel rushed.
To be clear, the staff still helped me through everything, and I’m grateful for that. But I do think it would be helpful if the store updated its website or posted a notice about early register closures, so customers don’t feel like they’re imposing or misjudging the time they have.

Lost my package worth $6000. When I went back to understand what happened I was asked to go to whole foods or other UPS locations. Ive been dealing with customer service for almost a month now

Staff are sometimes helpful at this location but their cutting machine is broken so they can’t finish promotional documents and fliers. Also, the staff claims that every customer must show a drivers license to ship anything from this location and that’s inconvenient if you just need to ship something. If there are better shipping locations near you go there. The service at this place isn’t great. Also they don’t offer usps package services at this location so it’s more expensive to ship for small businesses.
