Doesn’t support fellow small businesses, told me to “GO TO CORPORATE” Extremely rude manager, for a simple less than a minute request, that apparently held up the non existent line. I will never return and I advise you to avoid this location, it’s an independently owned and they do not like helping other small business owners. Extremely unprofessional, and highly disrespectful.

“Marie” is so rude! Just watched her completely cut off a customer and walk away in the middle of a transaction regarding notary service. Totally humiliated the person who was in need of help and had a few clarifying questions. Very sad to see that kind of disregard.

Do better. This location has an unreasonable policy where they "only accept drop offs" 15 minutes before closing and will not make a shipping label for you. They will not sell you a printing label even a couple minutes past their 15 minute cut off. I came in at 3:18 pm and was told I couldn't mail anything after 3:15 unless I already had a label. There wasn't a line and there wasn't anyone waiting behind me so this seems pretty ridiculous.It is Saturday and a 3 day weekend so now the package won't get out until TUESDAY. The clerk was a new kid so I assume he was nervous and didn't want to ask a manager for an exception but they should do better to take care of their customers.

I went there at 8:25am. It said that it was open at 8am. Well the door was open. There was no workers. Homeless people were just walking in and out. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

The manager and all the employees here do NOT care about their job or work ethic. They refuse to elaborate on certain actions taken with your package and don't even have common courtesy on the phone even when you're being completely calm and rational about a simple question. They will yell at you and tell you to just call corporate. Something is wrong with all the staff here, and I definitely understand the 2 star rating for this location.They returned my package to shipper/sender without my consent, and when I called to ask why, a female employee was just rude and got upset with me like they're not the ones supposed to be servicing me.Hopefully the manager at this location gets fired along with the incompetent as hell employee there.

It is one of the UPS stores, most organized, excellent service, all its employees are friendly and ready to provide the best service. I always go there, to print, scan, mail and they have a great assortment of basic office supplies.

Been using this location for quite some time. Staff is always super kind and helps me out with my mailing/shipping needs. Even when it gets busy they are pretty patient and help each customer accordingly and in fair order. Thank you ❤️

One is too much for this storeAvoid this location. This place deserves to be shut down by corporate. I have already complains to UPS Corporate.The latino female manager in her 40s is verbally and physically abusive.The manager yelled at me without reason, made fun of me and kicked me out of the store without any reason.I’m an Engineer that works in downtown, my coworkers had already alerted me about the attitude of this lady but sadly I gave the store a chance.We also have Fedex account, I have told everyone at the office to stop using This UPS location and instead use Fedex

AVOID THIS LOCATION if you don’t wanna pay to be ridiculed! I’d give ZERO stars if that’s an option.They charge everything they could from you even if you have all you need. For a return that is supposed to be free and prepaid by the merchant, they will ask you to bring your own label, your own box, and most ridiculously YOUR OWN TAPE! Yes, they will ask you for $1 simply to tape the box even if you prepared the label and the box in advance! And if you ever argue about it, they will tell you in the face if you don’t wanna pay the $1, they can’t do anything for you. And they would make it like “oh this person doesn’t even wanna pay $1” especially when there are other customers around. Please grow a brain, it’s not me being stingy but you guys being greedy! The whole return is free, which even the merchant agrees to pay for as part of their customer services, but this UPS store thinks it’s a great chance to take advantage of it and expects you to come in with nothing assuming the merchant has taken care of everything, so the UPS can charge you every little thing challenging you not to want to come back again. These charges are ridiculous and no other UPS or FedEx location would do so for a free return already offered by the merchant.Their attitude and service is something I can never appreciate. With only two other customers in store, they don’t allow you to wait inside and will just kick you out and make you wait outside no matter what.And they DO NOT mail any letters. When I was returning the good and wanted to mail a letter at the same time, they didn’t explain why they couldn’t mail it for me but simply told me to go to USPS to mail it. Unfortunately, USPS was closed, so I asked again if they could help me. They said yes but they would send the next day, and I said it’s okay and thanked them, BUT later I found out that the letter was never mailed out! Never ever had I been to any UPS or FedEx location which does not have mailing services, and I can even purchase envelope and postage in store, but this location not only declined the service but also discarded your letter. If they told me they just couldn’t do it, I wouldn’t even bother to ask for their help.

Just want to say shout out to Celia at ups store here. The ladies that helped me at this ups is so sweet and amazing.They’re super friendly and they were super attentive and wonderful. I had to make a quick stop to print something and boom these amazing beauties that were working were super prompt with what I needed.They deserve a raise…??

Ultimate l**** business… I was here for my Nike return, and asked if they could put on some tape to secure my shipping label. They said they charge $1 per piece of tape. Nike has paid you for the return, so don’t act like I’m a cheap customer and try to insult me like this. It’s not gonna work. Just to let you know, your competitor in the area doesn’t charge a ridiculous fee like that and they’re making profit just fine (more profit than you too). Never gonna come back to ship my own items with this business, you’re not getting money from me ^_^
