You won’t get one smile from the attendants, nor the words basic communication requires

Don’t bother going to drop off packages after 4pm they won’t take them! There is no sign stating what the drop off cut off time is so you have to wait in line to ask the clerk only for them to tell you they can’t take your packages. Waste of time.

i will NEVER be back. Both clerks rude to me. Refused to take a medium size prepaid priority mail package because they have no space in their bin and no more bins. Also rude to another customer with a similar package. Referred us to 36th and Vermont usps, or come back tomorrow. Could not go there because now out of time. Very very very very poor service ? So could not ship today and the customer will get their order a day late.I might add that the condition of this station is deplorable. Grafiti, dirty, did I say dirty? truly the worst i have ever seen. Homeless encampment directly outside of the gate. Always a long line. No smiles, nobody happy.By comparison, the lancaster blvd station, lancaster, CA is squeaky clean, agents are happy, smiling, customers happy. It can be done!I represent a small business shipper. We have been using usps since 1999 and have watched service decline. I have resisted switching carriers, but today was the tipping point. USPS is losing, one customer at a time.

Worst USPS store ever. If you want to wait 1 hour you can definitely come here. They only have 1 person at the register. There’s always have a line out the door to be helped. DONT COME HERE unless you have time to waste.

Twenty people line, two windows open. You have to take a day off from work if you want your package, because usps does not deliver, they just put a pink slip in the mailbox and leave. Office is only open 10am to 5.30pm so if you have a job, you can count on taking off so you can line up and when it’s your turn, deal with a morose, rude rhinoceros that acts like they are doing a favor and is not there to do their job.

They don't know how to deliver packages. It's not that hard to either leave it outside a door or at a locker. I needed my package this Friday but because they're incompetent at delivering, now they have it with them but I can't even go pick it up because they don't even open on Saturdays. Only in LA do post offices not open on weekends and when they do open, they open at 10 am. Pure laziness. What a joke.

Young lady working alone. She was efficient, pleasant and very helpful. Line was about 5 or 6 people.

This is what a USPS office got, one point, that this place was unkind to a customer. I can't give more for what I had experienced at this post office.
