The United States Postal Service location receives mixed reviews regarding its efficiency and operations. Some customers report a pleasant experience with friendly and helpful staff who process requests smoothly and provide gentle, kind assistance, making the experience a breeze. Great customer service is noted, with officers kindly guiding customers through shipping options. However, there are significant criticisms. The office is struggling with an adequate workforce, typically having only one window open even during the busiest times, resulting in long lines. Caution is advised regarding listed hours, as online information can be incorrect; the location's own posted hours should be verified. The small parking lot and street parking have certain restrictions. Additionally, some supplies like priority envelopes are kept behind the counter and must be requested from a clerk. A serious complaint involves lost luggage and transfer fees, described as a scam.
Laziest employees ever, USPS should be canceled and these people can go look for a real job

0 stars. So rude. I wish the workers would at least talk to us like we are human beings. It's actually so upsetting, makes you question why USPS is still in business.

Post office with post office workers, that don’t do any post office work. Lobby is closed most days. Prepaid packages not accepted. Then what services does this location provide? Shut it down.
