Eagle Rock Station needs a serious update. The ceiling leaks and is falling in - in at least 4 places. Very run down and dirty for a federal building. Lots of broken glass in The parking lot with a homeless encampment on the west end of parking lot. Beware of your tires if you drive in the parking lot g lot!
