Terrible service, asked to a member for a form and simply pointed to a desk full of forms, they weren't there but said nothing, until I asked the other clerk, was very nice but sadly is 50% of good output.

Totally unprofessional. There was a tall lanky red headed man with red hair I believe and glasses working most mornings who is completely rude to people. No wonder why there’s a whole Facebook and Instagram post about him! So rude.

Today I came in to take fingerprints for a criminal background check…. The older Chinese lady gave me all the reasons my hands became even more sweaty trying to scan my fingers…Scanner just decided not my fingers… The ‘Lady’ became more and more irritated with me that it’s not her fault that its my fingers..After 5 minutes of me walking in and her trying she positioned herself in a doorway saying she doesn’t have all day trying to take my fingerprint and suggested calling FBI… Awful awful rushed experience…

The worst post office ever. Just because I had to put a star to leave a review. Otherwise I would’ve left NO STAR. Staff are the rudest thing and office manager doesn’t give a F what goes on there. Point blank this office is the pits ??

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Very nice staff. Erik and Toya were very nice and helpful. Very spacious place. I am glad that I finally found a substitute USPS that is not as crowded due to faster service and spacious with a Big parking lot.

The new delivery guy throws away my package twice, he doesn't care if he brings something fragile. He does it with a bad attitude, it's the first time it happens to us. I mention it because I have seen how he does his job.

Talk about horrible attitude! The light-skinned smaller stature Asian lady shouldn't work at any customer driven workplace! That type of attitude is sure to get negative feedback! Me and a couple others I've witness have been nice to her but she sure knows how to turn away good people. No really, she needs to get fired. I'm sure there are so many other qualified post office workers to take her place! And I'm sure even some homeless individuals are more qualified than her! Yes help them pls.

Please don’t do the passport here! Very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful Chinese lady is waiting to SCAM you. She denied everything I brought for stupid reasons and made me take another photo and do the copy again. BE CAREFUL! She charges you without even telling what it is for. If you ask, she will get mad so BE AWARE! Her English and accent is horrible and not understandable AT ALL and if you ask her twice she will AGAIN get mad!
