This place is a joke it’s very unprofessional very inconsiderate of the Truck Drivers coming in after driving a week over the road. But they don’t care because no one is going to do or tell them anything

Screw this place I been waiting for my package for a week going for 2 unbelievable. I'm getting anxious. Like do they rob the packages?? Because I ordered some very expensive and valuable to me. Future advice make sure your package does not end up here.

I have to rate this facility a one star, because I have not received my priority international package yet since it arrived in this LA regional facility on May 25, 2025. It is now June 10, 2025 and I still have no update of movement. I have attempted to call several times but no one answers.

I did not think this place would be so unprofessional because it’s the post office. They will laugh in your face and play little games like we in high school. This experience has been horrible. We got there on time for our appointment and was given the wrong paperwork. The cameras wasn’t working properly we had to take our passport photos like 4times because the pictures did come out the Wright colors. They charge you for what they want to. Take my money and laugh..and make me wait.

I came here for my passport renewal and it was an easy process with them. I had my renewal application and old passport, they did the money order, passport photo and shipping it.

my package update has told me my package has arrived at this facility and has departed for delivery yet it sent me another notification that it had arrived again at this facility. my tracking updates have also been on and off where notifications disappear and time stamps change
