Tracking is working super well but it is a bit slow

Pretty sure this facility took my package from the vendor and the kept it. It was give to them on 2/9/26 and has been in pre-transit since then. Guess someone wanted the earrings I got my mom for her birthday. I'll be making a report with the BBB.

It appears tracking numbers stop at this location. The most likely explanation is due to the fact that people are stealing customers packages. If packages are not being scanned in our out that is intentional. I would suggest anyone who see's the same thing with their packages at this facility, report mail theft.
