My most favorite USPS location in the Westwood/West LA area. Always greeted with a smile by the postal workers. Never a long line. I find the workers here patient in answering questions unlike their counterparts at the Exposition Blvd location who never fail to give me attitude like I am bothering them on vacation.

This is the best post office with the most courteous and helpful staff. I live in Brentwood and go out of my way to this post office because the customer service is so good. Always excellent.

I had one of the most critical and time-sensitive document shipments of my life completely mishandled by this location. Despite paying extra for Express Mail and confirming the tracking and urgency of my documents, they were lost — and no one took any responsibility.
All I got was, “We sent it, it’s not our fault,” and “If you’re not happy, go somewhere else.” That is outrageous customer service for a federal mailing agency.
When I asked for help or escalation, the response was cold and dismissive. The staff seemed irritated just to be there unhelpful, unfriendly, and almost proud of how unaccountable they were. I was even told directly by one employee:
“If you care about your documents so much, go to FedEx next time.”
Believe me, I will and I urge anyone reading this to do the same. If your package matters to you, do NOT trust this branch with it. Your documents and your peace of mind deserve better.

Dont trust this company,they stole my order and money.and nobody answer me correct.i sended them the address where i get a lot of orders from Amazon and other companies.but they say this address is not correct.i told them ok i need my full refund get back to me,they didn’t answer more,i repeat again,dont trust them,specially for expensevie stuffs

I came here with my husband on a Wednesday (before lunch) with an appointment to replace our lost passports. It was the best passport experience I’ve ever had. I have been to the Pali Post Office, Westwood agency and Van Nuys post office. This post office was quiet, had plentiful parking, and the person helping us was very informative and nice. We were both done in 20 minutes.

Man. Coming here ruins my day, especially thanks to the lady in the far left window. So much so that I drive 15 mins further away to a different USPS so that I don't have to suffer under her wrath/gaze. I hope whatever she's going through gets better for her, but until then, I will be avoiding this place.

This has to be one of the rudest unpleasant unhelpful USPS branches in Los Angeles! one of the older women there is always so rude and aggressive and tries to help you as least as possible as well as so unfriendly!! the most miserable faces, this branch should be shut down!! I will purposely drive 3 miles just to go to another branch even if it’s inconvenient because the people in this branch Should be out of jobs!!
