Just avoid the plus sized woman on the very left, sometimes there's two of them they look identical. When she has a bad day, she feels the need to make everyone's else's just as bad, sometimes even worse.

Worst set up of an organization, shortage of employees create long line, and if you just want to buy the stamp envelopes, the KIOSKs never work at any branch!!

first, i went to my local post office in inglewood (90045)unbelievably rude, belligerent, untrained in post office procedures.went to file a change of address for someone who is overseas and authorized me as her representative, as requested by her local PO.despite having a letter from the USPS that outlines the process, inglewood clerks refused to accept the documentation, accused me of lying or fraudulently forging the required letter of authorization that i presented, made up a ridiculous requirement that i should be authorized with power of attorney, then threw me out because i wasnt at my friend's local PO.next i went to this PO (90025; my friend's local PO) and night turned to day. treated with respect and courtesy, change of address accepted without question. and a lovely smile from the lady who helped me.

Pretty good and courteous staff here, usually no lines when I come here, they give me instructions for claiming packages and handled misdelivered mail.

Very rude employees. There was legit two workers sitting there talking and helping no one. Only one register was open. I think it's ridiculous how long I had to wait in line. I don't recommend this location. Worst one I've been too.

Terrible service. I didn't have issues at first with the first guys I spoke to but the black ladies here are very rude and seem like they hate their job. I'm sure there are rude customers but I was not rude at all. Seems like They just hire anyone at this point. At least TRY to be nice! Seriously, who gives these people jobs?!

This particular stuff is extremely rude. She wasn’t kind, her tone was harsh, because I didn’t prepare well for her to print a label. She doesn’t like to help customers, but yell into your face. For instance, she yell at me to pack the package or she won’t print a label. I hated the way she raise her voice and yell at me but so I did pack and return the line. She didn’t even try to reach and get a package on the counter, unless you have to put them directly in front of her so she doesn’t have to move her body. Whatever the reason was, what kind of person can’t reach 5 inches away from where they sit? Anywho, she also flashed barcode reader on my face when I presented QR code for generating shipping label. Absolutely no apologies or a word even when I said excuse me to her. Other two stuff were very patient, helpful and stay professional. Avoid this woman, she won’t help you but being rude and unkind
