I love coming to shop at Violet Grey! The shop is beautiful and feels very old Hollywood, but you’ll find all the best products. I like knowing that everything has been tested and vouched for. I love shopping with Sima and Brandon. Always a treat getting to go in person to shop.

Great brand selection and the store itself is beautiful. But unfortunately the staff is unfriendly and arrogant. I’ve been an online customer for some time and was very excited to visit the offline store. Very disappointing.

Oh my gosh! Had the most wonderful first experience here at this lovely store. Sima and Danilo were there to greet and assist my mom and I. They were so knowledgeable and kind and caring! We had a blast. Thank you so much to you both!! You’re awesome. See you soon :)

I was very apprehensive about this place given all the one star reviews regarding customer service, but they carried a perfume line I’d recently heard about and wanted to try so I popped in on a random afternoon.The space is very nice but small - small to the point that it’s hard to tell who works there and who is a client. After eyeing the perfumes and b-lining in that direction, I proceeded to test the line out and was soon after offered assistance from Jacqueline. She was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the brand. I am very researched and know what I like, but still took a few minutes trying things out. She was patient and helpful the entire time. I picked what I wanted, paid, and was done. I appreciate a quick, professional, and direct shopping experience and that’s what I got - couldn’t have asked for anything better.

5 stars for the in-store team, specially Sima, who went out of her way to resolve an issue with a damaged item received from E-COM.0 stars for the E-COM/Customer Service team. God help anyone that experiences any customer service issue. You'll likely get so frustrated that you'll either throw your damaged items in the trash and chalk it up to a loss, or just vow to never shop with them again.Thanks, Sami for picking up the slack for the entire online customer service team!

Their products are lovely but the customer service is terrible, making for a poor shopping experience. Snobbish attitude of the in store staff was very off putting. I also thought it was odd how a white customer in the store was getting attentive care while my presence as a POC came across more as a bother. I had dropped in to find skincare products I'd ran out of, and given the atmosphere assumed that it was a fancy CVS drugstore equivalent. I was surprised when the shop staff told me (that was after I made my purchase), that it was supposed to be curated luxury retailer. If you're looking for a grab and go, I guess experience doesn't matter much, but even so I was taken aback by the rudeness.

Heidi is a GEM. I have been shopping here for a few years for key products and brought my best friend from out of town to the brick & mortar. The staff was lovely, but the level of service and humanity of Heidi was supreme. Not sure if she's been there all along but this was the first time I experienced the in-person service acumen that the brand exudes online. KeepHer.

I loved 4 of the 6 items I ordered. I returned 2, and I did have some problems with the return, but Violet Grey made it right. You just have to get to the right person. Thank you, whomever it was , that helped me finally get it right!

I ordered several products on line. Several weeks later the incorrect products arrived. I mean, not even my order. Nothing close to what I ordered. I immediately called the customer service number and left a message as no one answered. That happened every time I called. I texted the number they listed to initiate a chat. I was told I had to email. So, I emailed the details of the fiasco. A week later I heard back. I was told I would be given a complimentary replacement order. What??? I never received what I paid over $300 for- including a Bride Box for my daughter who got married. But didn't get her Bride Box. Oh well. I was also told to mail back the incorrect items, which were some cheap footbath and liquid make up remover. Ridiculous. Fast forward, or slow forward some weeks later, I received a partial order from my original order. Is the rest coming? Did I pay for something I will never get? Do I have to keep sending emails to find out about my missing products? I guess so. In this day and age, with everything available on Amazon, its just isn't worth it. Non existent customer service does not go hand in hand with these prices or products. I'll update if my original order should arrive or if I hear of it's whereabouts.

I have been a good customer for quite a while. However their customer service is poor. Recently I made an order and realized I had to change the address and called right back with the order number and correct address. Of course no one ever answers the phone. Consequently it was still sent to the wrong address. If it weren’t for the fact that I cannot get one of my products from anyone I doubt I would use them.

I ordered a product that never arrived. Customer service took forever to get back to me. They finally sent a replacement, but again, I didn't receive it. I think it required a delivery signature, so am not sure if Violet Grey didn't send it or FedEx screwed it up. At this point, I'm going to file a dispute with my credit card company.

This is the worse costumer service I’ve ever received! I’ve made my return and still can’t get my refund money back! They don’t answer any of my emails! Highly recommend to shop somewhere else! They are quick to take your money, but will never refund you back for your returns!I would gladly refer to your costumer service if they respond to my emails! I have sent so many emails so please start relying back!

I have made online purchases since VG started. I recently ordered toothbrushes that fell apart in about a week. I sent a picture of the product to customer support and the response I got was they would inform the vendor. that was it - no offer to replace or refund. Not spending any more money here.
