Arrogance, poor service, etc., etc. Every possible adjective describes the terrible work of these employees. They’d be doing the community a favor if they closed it down.

I was waiting for than an hour on the wait list and someone that just came in got seen before and he wasn't on the wait list worst service ever would never come back
