Josh was fantastic. I walked in, no appointment, store was busy, on a road trip, and my iPhone charging port was a mess and my phone wouldn't charge. Josh greeted me immediately and cleaned by charging point on the spot - and also did a surface clean on the rest of my phone. Excellent service and a huge help!

Matthew helped me with some pesky back up and syncing issues today between my MacBook and my iPhone and between my MacBook and my external hard drive. He was super efficient and knowledgeable and friendly, I couldn’t be more pleased.
