“Alejandro and team made my 2012 Mini look brand new again!! They did a full interior/exterior detail for me and put on my car's first ever ceramic coating, so a full paint correction as well. They even made the greying trim black again. It has truly never looked better. “Ron got right back to me when I reached out via his scheduling app to confirm my appointment. Miko arrived on time at my place and was super friendly and ready to work. He was meticulous in his approach to cleaning the interior of my car. He spent 80% of his time on the interior, which showed in the end. Miko started the detail at 2:30 PM, worked into the dark with his headlamp on to finish the exterior, and spent lots of time on the wheels to make the job look phenomenal. The money spent on the detail was worth every cent. I had taken my car to Classic Car Wash, spent lots of money, and was not even close to what I got from Ron and Miko. You get what you pay for. “I wish I could give more than 5 stars - Gary is truly a hero, as far as I am concerned. Way more honest than the other body shop I dealt with, he stepped in and repaired my car for a reasonable amount after the body shop my insurance company sent me to jacked up their estimate 2x, causing my car to be unilaterally totaled by my insurance company. Did you know, by the way, that it's a misdemeanor to take possession of your totaled car, even if the damage is purely cosmetic, without re-registering it as a salvage vehicle? And that, in order to re-register the car as a salvage vehicle, you have to pass a brake and light inspection? And finally - your lights have to be in brand-new condition in order to pass said brake and light inspection? Even if the light itself sustained no damage, if it's slightly out of place as a result of cosmetic damage to your rear quarter panel - you will automatically fail the inspection, thereby guaranteeing you can't re-register the car, as required, until the cosmetic damage is fixed. This is where Gary comes in. I had multiple quotes for $10k+ to repair my damaged quarter panel, which is insane - I'm not sinking more than the car's blue book amount into a cosmetic repair. However, after telling Gary my tale of woe, he took a look at my car and told me he'd fix it for a flat $5k. He was true to his word, too. He charged me $5,000, and not a penny more, even though he said the total cost had actually worked out to $5,100. He gave me a certificate guaranteeing his work for life, and even went so far as to ask me to bring the car back for an hour so he could fix one small thing that wasn't up to his exacting standards. This was after I told him it didn't bother me, but he insisted. My car looks fantastic - good as new, and better yet - I just re-registered it with the DMV today, so I'm no longer completely paranoid about getting pulled over or getting into an accident with a car that isn't properly registered. This place is AWESOME. I'll be a customer as long as Gary stays in business, although I hope not to need his services all that often. Thank you Gary!!”
