“I wish I could give more than 5 stars - Gary is truly a hero, as far as I am concerned. Way more honest than the other body shop I dealt with, he stepped in and repaired my car for a reasonable amount after the body shop my insurance company sent me to jacked up their estimate 2x, causing my car to be unilaterally totaled by my insurance company. Did you know, by the way, that it's a misdemeanor to take possession of your totaled car, even if the damage is purely cosmetic, without re-registering it as a salvage vehicle? And that, in order to re-register the car as a salvage vehicle, you have to pass a brake and light inspection? And finally - your lights have to be in brand-new condition in order to pass said brake and light inspection? Even if the light itself sustained no damage, if it's slightly out of place as a result of cosmetic damage to your rear quarter panel - you will automatically fail the inspection, thereby guaranteeing you can't re-register the car, as required, until the cosmetic damage is fixed. This is where Gary comes in. I had multiple quotes for $10k+ to repair my damaged quarter panel, which is insane - I'm not sinking more than the car's blue book amount into a cosmetic repair. However, after telling Gary my tale of woe, he took a look at my car and told me he'd fix it for a flat $5k. He was true to his word, too. He charged me $5,000, and not a penny more, even though he said the total cost had actually worked out to $5,100. He gave me a certificate guaranteeing his work for life, and even went so far as to ask me to bring the car back for an hour so he could fix one small thing that wasn't up to his exacting standards. This was after I told him it didn't bother me, but he insisted. My car looks fantastic - good as new, and better yet - I just re-registered it with the DMV today, so I'm no longer completely paranoid about getting pulled over or getting into an accident with a car that isn't properly registered. This place is AWESOME. I'll be a customer as long as Gary stays in business, although I hope not to need his services all that often. Thank you Gary!!”

“I got into 2 different accidents and went to Bi-City to get some work done and was very impressed by the service, professionalism and knowledge from the manager. From the moment I walked in, i was greeted with a firm handshake and smile, was offered something to drink, and immediately felt very comfortable. He answered all my questions I had, walked thru and briefly discussed with me what work would be done to my car. (fixed front and back bumper, new grill, paint job, took out dents, etc). A rental car was definitely needed and he helped me get one in a jiffy. He saved me a lot of time by contacting and speaking to my insurance company for me directly.
