“100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. Big shout out to SERGIO and his team!”

“Michael J's was a recommended body shop by my insurance. . They called me shortly after I spoke with my insurance agent. Tbh I was skeptical about going to a body shop I wasn't familiar with but I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little bit early for my 3 PM appointment But it was empty when I walked in so I was immediately greeted by the woman at the front desk and shortly there after I met with Hung (Operations mngr) who was there one to inspect the damage on my vehicle. Hung was really friendly and very thorough. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the claim and explained what I didn't. Everything was really smooth and efficient. He made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely go back and I would absolutely recommend this shop for your auto body needs!”

“Took in a difficult car with a lot of angles with the 2023 C8 Z06. The team (Thomas and Tim) did an amazing job on PPFing the whole front. The job was so good that some of my bodyshop friends told me that the PPF was excellent. I would recommend these guys who was referred to me by my friend that owns an auto shop. They are appointment only and do not do high volume which is good since they can keep the quality in house.”

“2005 37' diesel pusher MH that's always outside baking. Basically a mess with a terrible black/crusty roof as one could guess. Well, I'm here to tell ya Hector did an awesome job! Not only did he make the thing look pretty darn good for its age/condition, he advised by using cell phone pics about areas on the roof that may need attention to resealing as well as vents, caps, etc, that need replacing. This is a satellite office they actually don't do the repairs at this facility they have a big autobody repair facility in Santa Clara on Reed St. where repairs are performed. But the Almaden office can do estimates and drop offs for repairs can be done there. They coordinate getting the vehicle to the repair shop and back when the repairs are completed. Dan was the individual that I worked with. Great communicator and work was performed professionally and in a timely manner.Quality all the way!”

They went inch by inch over our car to let us know what would be improved by the detail and what could not be, they weren't interested in selling us false hope. That being said we went to pick up our car after the detail and it looked phenomenal. Again, they went over inch by inch to show areas that improved and those scratches that were too deep to have been eliminated completely.
