CVS is a large store that offers pharmacy services, skincare items, and other groceries. The store is described as clean, with great staff in the front and lots of good sales. However, it is also noted as being very cluttered and poorly organized, making it difficult to find items. The carpet on the floor is considered not hygienic. The pharmacy receives mixed feedback. Some customers report consistently good luck over many years, with prescriptions done on time, helpful and kind pharmacists, and a smooth, quick experience. Specific staff members are praised for being exceptional, quick, kind, warm, diligent, and providing expert assistance. Other reviews complain about the pharmacy line always being too long and mention encounters with rude staff, which has led to losing customers. There is also a significant issue with the business hours not being accurately updated online, causing inconvenience. Overall, experiences vary between the storefront, which is viewed positively, and the pharmacy, which has notable inconsistencies in service and wait times.
Large CVS Store but always very cluttered and poorly organized, often difficult to find what you need, you have to go back and forth in the store. In addition, the carpet on the floor is absolutely not hygienic.

Must be a California thing…beware the pharmacy’s lunch break. Also close at 8pm. Insane vs. other places we’ve lived. Plan your day around *their* hours. Not customer friendly.

The people in charge of the pharmacy have no customer service skills. If you need something from the pharmacy, choose another location or Walgreens. Other wise, the front of the house is fantastic!
