“Great service all around. I dropped off a delicate sweater which had quite a few visible stains which R.Cleaners could not remove in the first try. They gave it another shot without additional fees and the sweater is back to original shape -- which I appreciated greatly. I recommend this business!”

“We have been coming here for over 20 years. Absolutely the best! Hardworking, honest & very fair in pricing. We have never-never-had a problem here. Small, local business with old school customer service you don't find very often.”

“I've come by several times to have my clothes either dry cleaned or hemmed, and I cannot express how great this place is. Customer service is great and turnaround is quick. During my recent (last minute) visit, I expressed that I needed several clothes dry cleaned for my birthday, and they came through without surprise. Highly recommended service, and will definitely be back in the future! Appreciate all the help so far.”

“I have had 5 Hermès scarves cleaned here - 3 were over 20 years old. All I can say is that they got the stain out without ruining the 90" silk scarves. These were items that I cannot replace and have sentimental value. I don't know what process they use, but the items came back with my food spills removed. Have also had success with Cashmere sweaters and stain removal without damage to the sweater. One item was sent back and the stain was removed. I use this cleaner for my items that cannot be replaced and that must be cleaned. I was also called by the business when my item needed more time which I appreciated. Service has been helpful and quotes for cleaning accurate.”

“Ya, a little dumpy. But charmingly cozy and quaint.Mmmm... That might be stretching but a bit. Very small, only a couple others bounced in and out in the time I was there, so that was kinda cool. It was like my own semi-private wash n dry. A couple machines broken, as is usually the case. Change machine gave me correct change. It could really use some music, a TV, and/or wifi. Maybe a sink. But, hey, listen to me sounding all entitled now.I can see how someone passing through might think it's in the "bad side of town" because it's in a fairly rundown building in the Land of Affluence. But it's Los Gatos. There are no bad pets of town, although that is the closest thing to to one. BUT, there's a big ole' honkin' Ace Hardware adjacent, so who needs TV or wifi? Well, who needs TV anyway. Still yes on the wifi. And if Ace isn't good enough for killin' an hour of wash time, there's a nice little corner of the parking lot tucked away that's perfect for you to work on your car. For you to work on my car. For me to work on my car. If it hadn't been nighttime. And raining. And cold. Oh ya, Ave closes at 6pm, so you better bring a book or a boomerang or a bottle of vodka and a friend or something to do. And if you bring a car to work on, you didn't hear that from me, m'kay? Kay, good.”
