“Rainbow Cleaners is a professional in-house dry cleaner. Everything is cleaned at the location by Terry and his team. They are the most meticulous and reliable people, overseen by Terry, who is also the owner and manager. He does not use staples in any of the garments (which makes such a difference!) and nothing is trucked off to some warehouse in the East Bay. Terry is also incredibly trust worthy, as he keeps secure any thing he find in the pockets— one time my husband forgot cash in his blazer and there was more than $600 in the pockets —we did not even know!! —but Terry kept everything secure to give us when we came for pickup. The blazers and coats are put on oversized hangers with either large round plastic curves or soft foam on the shoulders of the hangers to support the shape and form of the blazer or coat shoulders — most other places just throw everything onto the cheapest wire hook hangers, which causes the blazers and coats to deform shape in the shoulder areas. These details matter so much to customers, and we are relieved that we have found a dry cleaner in San Jose who cares about our clothes as if they were his own! We had a very similar excellence dry cleaner for years in Cupertino, but when we moved to San Jose, we had to find a new location— so we are very pleased that we found Rainbow Cleaners!!!”

I enjoyed the seating, the vending machine, and the carts to help you push around your heavy laundry. Because the machines are so nice it was also a lot faster than I thought it was going to be very helpful to have multiple machines to use at once unlike home.”

The place is spotless, machines are super clean, inside and out and none of them smell like mold or burned clothes. All the machines only take quarters so not sure about the review that says a card needed to be purchased for $2. The owner, Quan I believe, is kind, respectful, and attentive to his customers and the facility. So glad I found this place.”

Went here because I needed to wash some big blankets and I didn’t want to have to dig up change to wash my stuff so I searched up one that took card and this popped up. The machines here are top tier and way above the rest. Each machine is built like a tank from the washers to the dryers. You load a loyalty card with money and use it as credit to wash your laundry. You may also use quarters if you like. They have plenty of seating and even a kids section with books and a mini couch. It may cost a little more than the other laundromats but I feel it’s worth it for the cleanliness and customer service.”
