“I had a great experience at Bay 2 Bay Office Solutions. I initially felt a little bad since I arrived about 30 minutes before closing (I just expected to take a quick look and maybe come back another day) but the staff was incredibly patient, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to show me their inventory, answered all my questions, and never pressured me to make a purchase.
Even with other customers in the store, I noticed everyone was helped in a friendly and attentive way.
I was planning to visit other used office furniture places, but the combination of great pricing, good inventory, and excellent customer service made me want to give Bay 2 Bay my business.
They also offered to help load my purchases, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a very positive experience I know I'd come back should I need anything else and a place I would happily recommend. Shout out to Johnathan (if I remember correctly, bad with names.) thanks for your help!”

“Prices are more than reasonable, they have a HUGE selection of office chairs, you can take your time trying them all and picking the one that suits you best. My favorite thing is that no one is trying to sell you anything. They invite you to walk around, try everything and ask if you have questions. Zero pressure.
Also an amazing amount of standing desks and office furniture in general.
