“I have been to this postal annex multiple times before and every single time that I’ve gone I’ve had an extremely positive experience. I know for some and for myself dealing with the post office and returning a packages can be a huge hassle, especially dealing with long lines and difficult personnel, the opposite is true of postal annex. “I seriously have nothing but good things to say about this UPS location. Every time I come here, everyone is so nice, helpful, and actually willing to help. I’ve never come in with something I needed done and been told they couldn’t do it.

After being turned away from the other LG UPS location multiple times, I really started noticing the difference between the two places.

A few weeks ago I went to the other UPS location to do a Happy Return and was told they couldn’t take any of my return items that didn’t have barcodes on them and that I needed to go to Ulta or some other place I can’t remember in order to do it. (Which I had never experienced before) Since this downtown location was on my way home, I figured I’d try here before going out of my way to ulta. Sure enough, they did it with no issue at all.

This time around, I had one QR code for two items but decided I only wanted to return one of them. The other UPS location told me they couldn’t do that because they would be docked, which I still don’t really know what that means lol but I figured I’d stop by this location since I had nothing to lose, and Brenton, who has helped me multiple times now, did it with no questions asked and was super nice about it. Of course I don’t know the ins and out and it’s quite possible some stores have different authority or capabilities to do things.

But Brenton is always helpful, and honestly everyone I’ve dealt with here has been great.

Placing my poster print orders online is easy and has a decent turnaround time, almost always next day. So happy for this location near work!
