They were great. I was able to replace my car battery in 15 min. They tested my old one. Confirmed it was bad. Offered tools so I could install the new one and I was on my way

I don’t know what’s wrong with the ordering and procurement of parts from this Los Gatos store. I ordered parts and came in two different weekends to pick them up. All I received was excuses. The customer in front of me had the same problem. I won’t be back a third time.

A very well stocked store. I needed a specialty tool which they had in good condition that easily solved my dilemma. Counter staff is very knowledgable and helpful. If they don't have it in stock, they can usually get it in a few hours.
