Very wonderful staff!Unfortunately, we could only get cold water and frigid air at the wash station, and our dog, Rin was not happy. Upper management needs to update the self pet-wash system! Staff were so nice, and helpful even though we were frustrated with the cold water. We will definitely go back for shopping, just... read full comment
