“I’m so grateful for having LGDC taking care of my dog, such a relief to see them for routine care as well as be supported by staff and incredible vets when a problem comes up urgently. They are wonderful, so friendly, it means so much. Recently with a sudden behavior change for my dog, they got her in quickly with everyone being helpful and showing such kindness. “So far, so good. We dropped off our pup there for her first overnight stay since they are close to our house.

The staff was friendly, and everything went smooth. Not to mention, their daycare and over night stays are reasonably priced.

The only feedback I'd give is that they should charge/allow after hours pick-up because it's hard to be back by 3:30 otherwise you're forced to pick up the next day.

That said, I would gladly pay an extra fee for a later pickup around 7pm or so because getting home from anywhere in the bay area and beyond takes times, but could also become an additional revenue stream for the facility since people are there anyway.”

“I have been going to El Gato vet for 38 yrs. They are honest with you, give you options when trouble arises. I am so grateful they offer me a senior discount as my lab Avery was diagnosed with Cushings disease and it’s a very expensive disease with the medicine and constant blood tests to make sure cortisol levels don’t go to high or low. Dr Bibb and Katherine are great. The ladies at the desk Alma and Eileen are also very helpful, I would highly recommend”

“It has been almost 3 years since we have been coming to this VCA. The staff is very friendly and super nice. They make me and my dog very comfortable every time we visit. My dog is seen by Dr Peterson and I trust her a lot. My dog has a rare disease and Dr Peterson was quick to find out. She answers all my questions patiently. :) She always gives honest opinions. It gets busy here so I make sure that I am booking appointments in advance. I am really happy with the care my dog got recently for dental surgery and cleaning. I love that they put the name of all the dogs on a board who are visiting that day.”
