“Brenton went above and beyond to help me and my elderly father print out a form for the DMV so my mom could get her disabled persons placard. We were having issues with the PDF not printing correctly, and Brenton came over and had us sorted and on our way in less than five minutes. That kind of know-how and excellent customer service is very uncommon these days. Please accept my compliments for the exceptional experience at your store. I was really stressed out when I arrived and Brenton definitely turned my frown upside down by the time we left.

“I had to get a new passport at the last minute (note: the Dept. Of State no longer adds pages to existing passports, who knew?) - and I stopped by Walgreens for their so-called passport photo service and of course "the" person who does those photos wasn't in. I quickly looked for other places near me and AIM came up. I will now go to AIM for every possible service they support - shipping, keys, photos, etc. They were SO nice, SO professional, SO quick - and they even had a proper lighting setup for nice photos. They also have a great canine mascot who is very welcoming and makes the whole seemingly mundane experience exceptionally pleasant.”
“I use this location for large format poster printing (menu signs) and shipping needs. It’s a small crew here so I get to see the same polite people every time. Placing my poster print orders online is easy and has a decent turnaround time, almost always next day. So happy for this location near work! I flip flop between this one and the Sunnyvale El Camino one depending on where I am in the South Bay.”

Yesterday, August 30, I sent a blu-ray to a friend in Dublin through USPS for his birthday at 3:35 pm. My friend received it 10:59 this morning. “This FedEx is inside of the Walgreens at the corner of Harwood and Blossom Hill. I drove around thinking it was next to Walgreens from the map but it's actually inside. You can pick up and drop off your FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages here. It's at the photo kiosk. Very easy. They ask for your number to send you a receipt. The manager in charge was very friendly and helpful.”

THANK YOU SAMANTHA!!! I was so happy with my outstanding experience at Los Gatos Office Depot that I went into the store to purchase a new printer for the office. My experience at Los Gatos Office Depot was at 09:00 Saturday Morning. "The early bird gets the worm." I know this location gets quite busy as it's the only store of its kind in the Los Gatos bubble. If you have a deadline, arrive when they open. The store is normally busy so please exercise patience if you shop or require copy/print services after 10AM.
