There are a few of them that I see regularly, Huyen is one of them - she is always welcoming and greets all of her customers with a smile. “A hidden gem in Willow Glen for any, and all of your shipping needs. This place does a few things that it seems like no one else does.1) they ship, FedEx, and UPS, and DHL; 2) they actually scan the product in and give you a receipt rather than just telling you to stick it on the floor in the corner like some places do; and 3) it is service with a smile and super helpful staff, which is also rare in my experience in the shipping business. I would encourage anyone in Willow Glen with shipping needs to use them.”

This is EXTREMELY misleading and I think that the business knows it. I went here to MAIL something and as I walked in the guy had this look on his face, as he told me this is a print shop, as though this happens a lot. The guy was okay, but I am frustrated that this place is called San Jose Mailing and they do not mail anything. The last sentence of their "About" description says they print/mail your marketing material... put that sentence at the beginning of the description! They are a PRINT SHOP, not a mailing service.”

Had to ship a bulky item and a couple of others things I didn't have a box for so brought it to them in to see if they could pack them for me. Yup they could! And they had a used box available so they didn't charge me for that.
