They knew I was in a bind and I asked if they could help me out and drive to my location to plug the tire. Since they didn’t have a mobile air compressor, they plugged it and drove me to O’Reillys to get an air compressor, came back and filled it. I did tip them and payed a bit extra but sure was better than calling for roadside.”

No collision insurance so needed to find a shop that would work with me out of pocket. “I was in a really bad car accident. I was calling auto shop after auto shop to try and find someone to work on my car. I was coming across people that were trying to overcharge me or didn’t want to touch my car because of how bad the crash seemed.I called Miguel’s shop and received a call back minutes after. He came to look at my car and said he would be more than happy to work on it. He explained everything to me in detail and even helped me get my car towed to his shop from my house. Fast forward a few weeks later, aside from giving me such a great price for the work he had to do, he did an amazing job on my car. It looks good as new, you can’t even tell that my car was crashed.He fixed my suspension, bumper, replaced my tire and painted my car. It drives and looks great! “So I’m in here a lot …but came in for service yesterday to get a nail in the tire repaired and turned out I needed a new tire ordered (Range Rover Sport), but they the tire in early (7a?) the next morning and I was able to pick it up by lunchtime that day. Before this I’ve been able to have them repair several other cars tires before this with no charge (which is amazing) and they have always been able to get us on when we needed it. Always awesome service, awesome advisors.”
