“Shout out to Bruce's Tires. I needed a second set of tires and wheels installed. They did a thorough job balancing and aligning the wheels. Test drove it and gave feedback. Management earns a star for their friendly demeanor and professionalism.”
“We are so glad we found this place! While towing our 5th wheel our engine gave up the ghost. We called Jim at Leal's. He arranged to have our truck towed to the shop, and our 5th wheel taken to an RV Resort, where we stayed during the repairs. He verified that the engine was beyond repair and quoted prices for a rebuilt one. We knew the transmission was on its last leg so we added that to the scope of work. While going over the truck he found our brakes were toast too.
In a terrible stroke of bad luck, the new engine came with a bad injector. He sourced all new injectors and replaced them over the weekend (even though they were closed). After some testing we got our truck back and finished our journey. Right after we unhooked our 5th wheel, the new transmission started acting up. Jim arranged to have it picked up the next day.
Bad parts can come from the factory, it happens. What the shop does about it is what's important.

“I've brought my car here a few times so far. They were able to fix my front bumper to make it look brand new. Also had my car detailed, the rear bumper stabilized, the power windows cleaned/re-greased, and had the rocker panel painted.

“Very good people and service... I came here did a smog test yesterday very fast and caring with good price. Today I got the new plate but found the bolts on my license plates stripped, I stopped by and they helped me resolved the issue and put my new license plate. It took a little while as the bolts broken inside, and took some effort. “Staff was fair and reasonable. Advising the best course of action based on the problems they identified. Prices were reasonable. They did appear to service tire repair requests faster than they attempted my wheel alignment but did not charge me when they did find a problem that needed to be attended to before they could finish the alignment. Would go there again and r commend the please to others looking for competitive rates for standard services.”

“I was in a really bad car accident. I was calling auto shop after auto shop to try and find someone to work on my car. I was coming across people that were trying to overcharge me or didn’t want to touch my car because of how bad the crash seemed.I called Miguel’s shop and received a call back minutes after. He came to look at my car and said he would be more than happy to work on it. He explained everything to me in detail and even helped me get my car towed to his shop from my house. Fast forward a few weeks later, aside from giving me such a great price for the work he had to do, he did an amazing job on my car. It looks good as new, you can’t even tell that my car was crashed.He fixed my suspension, bumper, replaced my tire and painted my car. It drives and looks great! I couldn’t be anymore happier with his work. Not only did he do a great job but he is a very genuine and kind person which made it a lot easier for me to trust him, considering that a lot of other mechanics were taking advantage of the fact that i was a female dealing with this situation alone. He did not try to lowball me or get the most out of the situation, Miguel seriously helped me out!!!If you’re looking for someone to repair your car, Miguel is the person to go to!! I will definitely be referring all my friends, family and even people I don’t know to Miguel.”
“Just had 2 tires replaced 8/29/26. The tech. installed tires manufactured from 2024 instead of current/newest year. If I hadn’t been educated or known about the stats/info. of tires, I’d have driven off in two “old tires” from 2024! Had to talk with the manager and expressed my concerns. He was very understanding and was able to refund me the installation/labor fees. Lesson: be educated of the DOT four digits on your tires…first 2 digits represents the number of month and last two digits represents the year of when the tires were manufactured.”

“I had a flat tire today, so I GPS the nearest tire shop and hoped I could make it there without damaging my car. This is my first time at Wheel Works. Joe the manager was very friendly and fast. It was a quick conversation to drop off the car. When I arrived, there were 2 customers ahead of me in line, and 2 other customers behind me. I walked around Oakridge Mall to eat and shop while I wait. Joe called me when my car was done and it only took less than 2 hours which is good because I knew they were busy. There were other customers they had to help. It was an overall great experience. I will come back again.”
