“We reserved a 26’ moving truck from U Haul in Ukiah two days prior to moving. Went to pick up the truck at reserved time and there was none available. We were trying to move our entire house in one trip, new place was 30 mins away. The only thing the employee offered me was calling U Haul in Lucerne, and luckily they had the truck we needed. Were running late because we had to find a ride to Lucerne. When I called to let them know we would be past scheduled time, the owner who was very nice, informed me they were closing soon but assured me he would stay and wait for us. We got there and the truck was ready, in good condition, clean, and safely hauled our entire house on a 30 min drive up hills and on twisty roads. When we returned the truck we were shocked by how much we saved by using the Lucerne U haul compared to what I was quoted in Ukiah. I highly recommend this Friendly Neighborhood U Haul in Lucerne! They’re the nicest people, they really helped us out in our time of need! It was refreshing to deal with kind, caring people.”
