“It's my go-to place when I'm on that side of town. The staff is friendly and they have pretty good sales on beverages. The gas prices are reasonable and all of my friends go there. They also accept the EBT food card and they have a car wash...you don't have to go in to pay if you have a credit card.”

I feel they go above and beyond on the daily in service and quality but this time Iris made my day! It goes without saying that Iris and the ladies in the Aztec Grill already do a wonderful job but today Iris proved just how much they care about their customers. I felt as though I was being a pain asking for my potatoes a particular way the last couple times going in and ordering but much to my surprise I was proven wrong today when I went in to order my food and Joni, Angela, and Iris both excitedly told me that Iris mastered my potatoes. And! Yes, she did! Thank you ladies and the gents that kindly take my order with care and good attitude. I just have to add in... This team goes beyond their duty for their customers/community. “CVS Pharmacy staff are often overwhelmed and overworked I would suggest increasing the number of staff during peak-traffic hours, as well as increasing their hourly pay or salary when working more than 34 hours a week. I would suggest having one extra staff on the main store floor at the CVS on 11th Street, Lakeport CA from 12pm - 7pm. There is often a long line to check out and there are often no staff available to help shoppers with inventory/questions during those hours.”

“The clerk working this morning went out of her way to assist us when my husband was having a reaction from a bee sting and required medical attention. The afternoon clerk was helpful by giving us information about local places to stay as we couldn't continue on our trip. They both helped lessen our load in a very stressful situation. “I use this place to get propane, The gas station sells fried chicken and other deep fried food. Every time I go in here it smells awful, I don't think it's the food, I would bet there is no ventilation above the fryer, it smells like very old oil.”

“The store is clean and smells good when you arrive. I was greeted by the cashier within the first 30 seconds. The line at the pharmacy was short and went faster than other pharmacies in the area. The pharmacy cashier was helpful and informative. I will definitely choose this one as my main pharmacy.”
