“This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. I really appreciated her help and just wanted to give credit where it is due. Thank you Stephanie!”
“I had such a great experience with Dr. Pakour and the entire team. Everyone was so kind, gentle, and attentive. Maria, the nurse, was especially caring; she really listened to my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit. There is also a new lady who has been there for about three weeks; I forgot her name, but she was incredibly lively and sweet the entire time, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their patients. I felt safe, heard, and truly welcomed from start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“I tried to see my primary they couldn't find an open time I'd have to wait almost a month to get in!! My condition wasn't waiting I needed to see a dr.and get meds. I walked in to EXER at 745pm (learned they close at 8! And they didn't treat me any differently for coming in so late ) They helped me get registered on line (not technically savvy at all) and I was seen within 15 minutes! (I wait in the waiting room way longer than that at my primary office !! Even when i have an appt!!) the staff at EXER operates together in a very smooth and settling way. The DR was quick to see me, did the check up, prescribed the antibiotics I needed and bam on the road to recovery! That's what I needed. It was done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs in and out and done quickly service! I mean now that I'm thinking about it why would I ever return to my primary..they are too swamped and if I'm already not feeling good why put myself thru that craziness? It's EXER for most of my medical needs from now on. They are great!”
“My daughter was hurt, other urgent care locations didn't have X-ray available. Exer was an amazing experience from technology used in checking in to the provider and speed. The medical assistant Anh was attentive, thoughtful and stayed late to ensure my daughter got proper care in an urgent situation. Made a real difference!”

I came to LifeLine Walk-In Medical & Mental Health Nursing Clinic during a really stressful time, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond. “Just went in for a new patient appointment. The waiting room only had a few patients waiting while i was in there. 2-3 at one time. Only took about 10-15 minutes to be pulled into a room. Staff was friendly. Saw Nazifa Paillet, NP-C, and she was great and informative. Everyone I interacted with was great. I was out in about 45 minutes total. So far, I would recommend and had a great experience. I'll update after my pap-smear in 2 weeks.”

“Doctor Issa Botros is the best Doctor I’ve ever went to. I came in with a sore throat and wasn’t able to speak but he came through evaluated me, knew what problem was and the medicine he prescribed me healed me like a miracle. I have a big fear of needles but he recommended a shot that would help me out right away and while I was afraid to do it he kept me calm, I got the shot and just like everything he told me I started to feel better in 30 minutes. I would’ve slapped myself if I didn’t get that shot. I had some abscess in my throat, couldn’t talk normally and he told me the medication he’s prescribing me would heal me in 2 days. Well I just gotta say I went in at 8:00 a.m and my abscess and inflammation went away completely by now at 7:38 p.m. I can eat properly now without pain or discomfort swallowing, drink fluids without difficulty and finally will be able to get a great 8 hours of sleep. “Bianca was my nurse for my visit today and she awesome! I came in for a regular physical, some blood work, and for two vaccines and it was all done fast! On top of her being really good with the needles! I didn’t feel any pain at all and I was so surprised! So if you need anything with needles, ask for Bianca!”

I never wait long, and get excellent, Compassionate care. All of my questions are answered. It is easy to book appointments and there is plenty of parking. The doctor is empathetic, knowledgeable, and very caring. He really listens to me and my concerns. He is also my husband’s doctor. We will be patients of Dr Phan as long as he will have us.!”

From difficult diagnoses to instant recognition of my symptoms, Dr. Z has never failed to provide the proper care. Over the decades he became my family’s physician. I’ve had many illnesses that were treated by so-called specialists and on several occasions my recovery was not promising, but Dr. Z became my advocate with those Know-it-alls and helped to bring about my recuperation. Luckily, someone canceled their appointment and I was attended very quickly. The service was great. Everyone was pleasant and I was very pleased with the care I received. “This has to be on of the best Medical offices I've ever been to. I've seen NP Tim, NP, You You, and Dr Yau. These folks are some of the most compassionate medical providers I've ever met.
Dr Yau can get very busy so in the past I've agreed to see Tim or You You and they are both great. They really take the time to listen to your concerns and provide best quality care.
I always leave my appointments feeling like all my questions have been answered.
The young ladies in the front office and the medical assistants are also of the finest caliber.
I all Dr's offices were like this no one would be afraid to go to the doctor.”
