“Make an appointment ahead of time. Better to schedule one instead of waiting. I’ve come to this location a lot. To drop off equipment, exchange equipment and make payments. The machine usually works if not they will gladly assist you. The employees are always nice. I’ve never had to wait long but maybe I’ve been lucky. With that being said my experiences have always been great at this location. Highly recommend this location.”
“I took my phone in for a charging port repair. Mike took my call, set me up with a time to come in, Shawn took a look at my phone and repaired it all while both provided me with GREAT customer service. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.”

“This place has always been my go-to spot for all things cellular. I've purchased phones here like Samsungs, Motorola's and Apple iPhone. I've also utilized their phone repair services and they've always been able to assist me. This is my spot! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new phone or if you need a phone or tablet repaired. They have phone carriers like Boost Mobile, Simple Mobile, Ultra Mobile and Spectrum Mobile. They also carry unlocked phones and car special order any phone you need that they may not have in their inventory.”

“I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't help myself given the expert customer service I received from Franklin and the entire team at FTS Broadband. Our office recently switched over to VOIP telephones. Our previous system was wrought with weekly headaches. When I complained about it to a neighbor in our building, they referred FTS Broadband. Within a week Franklin's team was able to set up our entire office. Since that time, we have had zero problems. And, whenever a question pops up, I am able to reach someone at their office every single time.Thank you Franklin and thank everyone else at the FTS Broadband team!”

“One word: Expertise. I came in with a "SIM Swap PIN" issue with my replacement device. I could not log on to my Coin base account and had to reauthenticate my access, but due to the new device not recognizing that I am who I say I am, I needed to validate my identity. Ziggy helped me reset my password via Coin base, re-authenticate my identity-access, and within two days my account was back online. Ziggy (and Ernie, who also did some initial trouble shooting to see what he could investigate), were highly professional, and well trained in their respective roles. They should be promoted. Thank you both!”

“This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”

This was complicated by Verizon due to it being a business plan, but Octavio was amazing and navigated the whole process to make sure I was taken care of with a fully functioning phone before leaving. “I decided to upgrade my iPhone before my vacation. There were two employees in the store and they were both helping people. I waited about 20 minutes and then I was helped by Josh. He was patient, very knowledgeable and super kind. I'm not very techie, so I appreciated the patience. He explained to me the 5G internet that T-Mobile now has and I definitely am considering adding that to my plan. Each customer interaction can take a very long time, so don't go there if you're in a rush.”
