“Washers are reasonably clean and they provide drying for free! They have a handy little shop with soap and plastic bags for laundry. The only downfall is that there is usually a guy that roams asking for money. Besides that, this place is great for knocking out a ton of laundry all at once!”

“This clean and quiet laundromat is an answered prayer for my family and I.
Traveling in a station wagon from AZ to the Lynnwood. I have my handicap mother with me and we are here to assist my son who has been suffering in the streets of LA with a life-threatening medical condition.
A complex situation got even more complicated by the fires burning near LA
While many people all over the country are coping with hardship, at least there are clean and friendly establishments with innovative ways to serve their communities.
The fact that Wash&Dry uses PayPange (a payment app) made all the difference.
I was able to add funds to do laundry using my credit card, because I had no cash left.
With one slide of the icon on the pay range app I was able to do my laundry using my cell phone to pay for it.
I feel so blessed to be alive today, and to have clean clothes and bedding for myself and my family is the icing on the cake :)
Though I struggled on my first attempt to figure out how to use the app to turn on the machines, the issue was resolved within moments. Loads of seamless service ever since. Thank you Wash&Dry! For making my life clean and easy.”

“This is my Grandma's place! She's the owner, and I've been helping her/working here since I was old enough to walk!

She might not be the best at being super calm when talking to customers; but she knows this place better than anyone coming into the store! Please give her some leniency, she's been working here longer than I've been alive, and she even learned Spanish and English at the same time in order to better communicate with her customers.

The white washers when you come in break super easily, so yes; she will check your clothes to see if they're too much or there's something in there that needs to be moved to a bigger washer. Repairing the machines isn't expensive, and she's trying to make sure that they don't break.

We will attempt to answer any and all questions asked, but do be aware my grandma can come off as 'rude' at times because she tends to be a bit loud when talking. We wash the machines as often as we can depending on how many people are using them; but if you think your machine is dirty, or there's dirt on the floors/anywhere else, please contact us before using it so we can clean it again! We don't have the tools to do a deep clean, but we can certainly try our best.
