The look on his face when the ATT store said it was a lost cause made me clear my schedule to drive down to see if I could help. My daughter had been to this place before and so that’s where we went!
And you know what he said “It can be fixed” I won’t lie I cried a lil bit. Not only did he fix it… he was able to fix it the SAME DAY!!! His professionalism is why we will NEVER take anything that needs to be fixed, that he can fix, ANYWHERE else! And you shouldn’t either!!! He explained what needed to happen. “Went in here last week because the recent breach has had my phone screwed up for 2 months! I mean my bank accounts and everything were hit! Talked to att over the phone until they basically said they didn't know wtf to do. I went in to this location for real to find out when to cancel my whole account so I can go to another company. The 1st time I thought I needed to buy a phone charging cable because the one I was using wouldn't stay inside the charging port , constantly falling off loose . I was told there was no need to buy a new charging cable the charging port was cleaned up and that solved the problem . I see 100% honesty and work ethics ! On the 2nd time I was helped by unlocking my new phone screen and adjust setting for the process of transferring data and apps from my old phone to the new I was also.
