“Last minute flat good thing I got the warranty on he tires was a simple nail in the tire scenario and I need a tire rotation plus oil change and they had a coupon and got service down in a reasonable time .”

“I went in to get an oil change, and it turns out a lot was wrong with my car. They have such great customer service!! They took pictures of everything I needed to fix. Then waited so I could figure out if I wanted to get the transmission looked at first. My car drives a lot better with a new Axle, new back shocks, and tire rotation. I’m grateful I went there.”
“Late response although they took me in about an hour before closing with a busy line and got me out within 30 minutes on an alignment, I was lowered and they still compensated, will recommend again for all future alignments”
“This shop and it's employees just saved me. I got a flat in Chowchilla and had AAA put my spare on. When I got to Monterrey only 13 miles away, I learned that AAA didn't even have the decency to put air in the spare. These guys at Monterrey fixed my old tired and refused to let me pay. I tried to pay, they simply wouldn't have it. That's not what did it though. Their kindness and warmth is what makes them superior. I don't live around here, but I do pass through often. It's good to know where I can find a friendly, helpful face.”

“Excellent customer service and service provided. The cashier was fantastic at her job, running back and forth for all the receipts, attentive to all the needs at the front including an abandoned vehicle and assisting in cars loading onto the track to be washed. She rocked every aspect of the front end, kindly, professionally, and as efficiently as possible. The guy prepping the cars at the start of the wash was also attentive in his position, kindly guided me onto the track and gave a thorough pre wash. I’m used to the tracks that are on a steady moving system but here the cars don’t move into the wash until after they are well prepped, I liked that. The guys receiving the cars at the vacuums were equally attentive and careful. Each car has an assigned worker, everyone is being attended to (mid day Tuesday, not too busy, not empty though either). Excellent care and quality provided here. Worth the value and I am satisfied with every point of contact here.”

“I shopped 6 tire stores in town requesting a set of 4 tires the exact size, heat rating, wear rating, traction rating and these guys, and a real beauty at the counter beat the next best price by $20 and throw in an alignment for free.
