“Before I greatly disliked going to Madera ups, it took a very long time and the customer service was not great. I would drive to Herndon and 99 just to go to their ups store because it was faster and nicer customer service. I’ve went back to Madera ups twice since change in management I’m guessing and wow what a different experience . Faster more efficient , kind greetings when you walk in , very very pleasant workers. It’s nice to attend the ups store where I live vs driving to Fresno. Thank you for whatever changes you made. It’s way more efficient and flows a lot better .”
