“M frederick is not a discount clothing store. Everything is high end. I used to shop in the Calabasas store until I moved to Malibu 9 years ago. This particular store in Malibu has extremely friendly employees. It's a big store easy to get around. We all need help sometimes, and the girls were right there responding and helping me to what I need. I do make a point to check the sale racks because a week before they were twice the price. Most of the time, the employees are chill and helpful. I usually pick something up whenever I'm in the area. “I have been a customer here for years and years and always have a wonderful visit! The team there, and especially Lenise, are always so helpful and knowledgeable. And Lenise really also has a gift with healing! It shines through. And I've watched her be so amazing with children! I have purchased both small and medium crystals in our home and yard and we love them all. I also can always rely on Sorenity Rocks if I need a gift: from a pocket-sized gem, to jewelry, to candles. I've learned that there is also a non-profit affiliated with the store, and that also resonates for me. So this is more than just a store: it is a helping community. It's a local store definitely worth visiting and patronizing. I love supporting good people doing good work for the world! I highly recommend them.”

The clothing is on the pricier side, however the pieces are well worth it. The store is clean and organized, and they often have different drinks out for the customers which is appreciated, especially in the summer.”

“I love this brand where I have been wanting a hoodie from here and I got my chance. They had a sales tent outside because of Black Friday and had a decent selection of items or all ranges and sizes. They gave free cup cozie covers. Inside the store they seem to have a bar/music stage so I guess you can come and shop while grabbing a cocktail and listen to live music. There is parking so that is a bonus.”

She was very kind. I really appreciated that. It’s very clean and spacious. I’ll def be returning. “This is a beautiful boutique in the Malibu Country Mart. The merchandise is gorgeous and sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The clothing is very high end and well worth it. I could have bought one of everything! Cashmere is lightweight and comes in several colors. The designs are very hip and modern. This store also carries shoes, handbags and small accessories. I've found my new favorite store in Malibu!”

She didn't seem to want to engage unless there was a sale, which was quite uncomfortable. I bought pants regardless and ignored her mostly. Good clothes and store but weird employee.”

“A worthy update. I was able to get resolution via the DM option on their Instagram page. Also a friend got help immediately via email. It appears they are short staffed for phone operations. They are a niche player and going through some issues that unfortunately many In boutique retail are facing. The products are definitely unique. Probably best to visit in store, if possible. Also to understand any sale item is a final sale.”
