“M frederick is not a discount clothing store. Everything is high end. I used to shop in the Calabasas store until I moved to Malibu 9 years ago. This particular store in Malibu has extremely friendly employees. It's a big store easy to get around. We all need help sometimes, and the girls were right there responding and helping me to what I need. I do make a point to check the sale racks because a week before they were twice the price. “I rarely come here, yet it still feels like an extension of home because this was a regular spot for me in my teen and college days. I was here recently and so much has changed, but I love it. There are so many A++ stores to shop at and plenty of restaurants. It gets crowded but it doesn't seem as hectic as it was back in the day. The outdoor coastal vibes make this a winning place to visit, not to mention the nice drive out PCH. I will have to visit more in 2024!”

“I love Fred Segal. I usually always enjoy their selections and designers they have available. I have personally always found this location to be cool, laid back and well laid out. Most of the time, the employees are chill and helpful. I usually pick something up whenever I'm in the area. I've never purchased any of their vintage items but certainly an interesting option they have in store.”

“I love this brand where I have been wanting a hoodie from here and I got my chance. They had a sales tent outside because of Black Friday and had a decent selection of items or all ranges and sizes. They gave free cup cozie covers. Inside the store they seem to have a bar/music stage so I guess you can come and shop while grabbing a cocktail and listen to live music. There is parking so that is a bonus.”

The clothing is on the pricier side, however the pieces are well worth it. “I recently had an exceptional experience with Chrome Hearts in Malibu, and I felt compelled to share! Despite visiting several branches in the past, my fiance and I had never physically been to this specific location. My fiancé fell in love with a wedding band we came upon while at the Osaka branch. Unfortunately, ordering it there wasn't an option for us at the time. Undeterred, I reached out to various branches through email and phone, including New York, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and West Hollywood. Regrettably, none responded. Ready to give up, I decided to call the Malibu branch, and to my surprise, my call was answered!! The associate, whose name escapes me (apologies!), directed me to Ian, who turned out to be a lifesaver. Ian was incredibly responsive, efficient, and detail-oriented. He understood the importance of making my fiance's dream wedding band a reality. I can't express enough gratitude to Ian and the entire team at this specific Chrome Hearts branch for their exceptional service. Thanks again, Ian and team!”

“This store is great but the quality seemed a bit off. The area is nice and clean. The employees were nice. Everything in the store was organized and aesthetically pleasing. The fitting rooms were nice looking. My only problem was the quality of the items. I’ve been to a few Free People stores and the clothes were heavier and so was the jewelry. However, I came here and everything seemed a bit lighter including the clothing.”

“This is a beautiful boutique in the Malibu Country Mart. The merchandise is gorgeous and sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The clothing is very high end and well worth it. I could have bought one of everything! Cashmere is lightweight and comes in several colors. The designs are very hip and modern. This store also carries shoes, handbags and small accessories. I've found my new favorite store in Malibu!”

“A worthy update. I was able to get resolution via the DM option on their Instagram page. Also a friend got help immediately via email. It appears they are short staffed for phone operations. They are a niche player and going through some issues that unfortunately many In boutique retail are facing. The products are definitely unique. Probably best to visit in store, if possible. Also to understand any sale item is a final sale.”
