Usually incredibly rude and dismissive. Unreliable contact, different pharmacists give different answers to the same question and no sense of urgency.

The staff comments are pretty legit TBH. The person working the front was pretty insistent we do self checkout, only to get over there and realize it doesn't take cash. So we had to go back and get in line anyway. Then he was super annoyed we came through the checkout. But I maintain CVS is a great value. Seriously. Go here for your souvenirs, it's way cheaper.

The staff is rude and incompetent. They don’t listen and have no morals or ethics. They treat everyone like garbage. Even the woman in front of me was abused by the staff! The pharmacy needs to be re-staffed IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Will never go there again. Always a miscommunication on their end and 0.0 bedside manner when you really need some care. Rude, superiority vibes, and corporate coldness.

Worst service I have ever received. No customer service at all. The service rep Masoud has no people skills. CVS you have to do better than this. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I cannot Share more about this location !!! We love and adore the staff here. We are Lina Goldsmith and daughter Mila. Thank you so much for treating us as family when we are there and you all are the best professionals and tolerate so much ignorance and sometimes even cruelty from customers and yet still are kind and keep your cool. We APPRECIATE YOU ALL. I could not say enough about Linda, Marcus, Allen( you are amazing and so kind and so much patience ) ,... Anthony you are so kind and we thank you too. To all the professionals that work at this location please stay safe and I truly appreciate the help and kindness when we come in ,.. it's like being with family. You are all precious ! Ok, Masoud, I get the grind. But what you should not and NEVER DO IS LITERALLY TAKE SOMEONE'S PHONE OUT OF THEIR HAND TO GIVE YOURSELF 10/10, 10/10, 10/10 ON A CVS SURVEY. He literally took my phone out of my hand after I scanned the QR code to review, did not read a damn thing on the question survey and just rated himself 10/10, 10/10, 10/10 I was so shocked all i could say was "Uhh i do not feel good about this" and before I could do anything else he gave it back to me and said God bless me... Other than that this pharmacy is nice and I've always been helped. Idc about long lines or anything.

terrible customer service, tried to register but not able to on line.. they said go to the pharmacy, now they will not register at the store either. obviously cvs does not want my business

This review is for the CVS in Malibu. This pharmacy is a complete train wreck. I try hard to be patient and supportive, having worked in retail many years ago. However, this his place is just incompetent. Full stop. Go anywhere but here.

Been standing in line for 20 mins without movement. Maybe you guys should hire more people if the line is always this bad constantly EVERY TIME I come in here. Super Care Drugs across the street is 10 times better.

Zero. Im sure everybody working at the pharmacy here is underpaid and overworked and I could write five minutes of examples to waste your time reading but the reality is why ..why would you come here when you go to super care.. unless you like to wait in line and be treated badly- I just don't understand.
