“This is the best UPS Store I have ever been to.
They are always professional that have great customer service and are always willing to help me no matter what I need.
I just stopped by for some help with a package that I needed packed at my home as it was going to be picked up at my house by UPS but I needed help packing it due to the large size so I stopped by the UPS Store to see how they could help.
I talked to the owner Zack and he helped me set up a day that he will stop by the house with all the packing materials necessary to pack up my large Pilates machine to send to the manufacturer for repairs.
Thanks for all your help Zack, I will definitely be back in the future”

I visit this store several times per week, whether it's for business shipping, postbox collection, or notary services. I think they would help me with anything else I needed! They also packed something I brought in without a box really fast and it felt like they actually cared

“The bottom line is that I love Calabasas Printing. They are my new printer. Calabasas Printing bailed me out of jam in a big way!I had an urgent print job at another printer about 20 miles away. Their machine broke down and did not know when or if they would repair or replace. I called two other printers and got voicemail. I found Calabasas Printing and not a minute too soon. “AIM Mail center is a great small business that's worth your patronage. They pride themselves on being a shipping hub that works with all the major mail carriers – UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. This makes it a great one-stop-shop for those of us who frequently have shipping needs. Rather than visiting one of the big box shipping centers, I much prefer supporting a mail center that is independently owned. And it brings peace of mind knowing they will accept any of my packages, letters, or envelopes – regardless of the shipping company. The only drawback are the prices for shipping materials, which will be slightly higher than most franchised/corporately owned mail centers. I paid $4 for a small bubble mailer, for example. Even so, it's worth it just to skip the dreaded lines at USPS, UPS, and FedEx centers!”

Marcy was behind the print desk and was so kind, she helped me so professionally and printed everything I needed. I recommend this location due to staff like Marcy, I want management to know as a customer I will be back due to her pleasant demeanor and chose to spend more because of her helpfulness, I ended up getting more printed. One woman (middle aged? owner?) was a bit brusque and did not come across as friendly or customer oriented, but the younger employees who might have been college students or recent grads were very helpful and kind.
