“This is the best UPS Store I have ever been to.
They are always professional that have great customer service and are always willing to help me no matter what I need.
I just stopped by for some help with a package that I needed packed at my home as it was going to be picked up at my house by UPS but I needed help packing it due to the large size so I stopped by the UPS Store to see how they could help.
I talked to the owner Zack and he helped me set up a day that he will stop by the house with all the packing materials necessary to pack up my large Pilates machine to send to the manufacturer for repairs.

They also packed something I brought in without a box really fast and it felt like they actually cared

One woman (middle aged? owner?) was a bit brusque and did not come across as friendly or customer oriented, but the younger employees who might have been college students or recent grads were very helpful and kind.
