“This is not a UPS store. It’s an AUTHORIZED SHIPPER with UPS. They don’t take QR codes. I’ve seen one too many people come in and get mad because they can’t read what it says online.”
“The staff here are hard working and friendly, can’t always say the same of the customers. The service issues at this location are almost completely a result of understaffing and surges expected in a small mountain town with no residential delivery.
So please be patient with the staff. Write the postmaster if you have issues. Just don’t make our postal workers fight a steeper uphill battle just to please YOU. Be nice :)”
